With a strong foundation in engineering, business strategy, and community revitalization, Nya has built a career focused on bridging the gap between business needs and workforce readiness. Through Diomo Development, she has successfully led initiatives that provide strategic talent recruitment, skills training, and career placement—helping individuals and businesses thrive in competitive industries.
Chauna Gibson
A Detroit native and an experienced real estate investor and agent, focusing on project management. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Chauna provides trusted advice to development teams. Chauna holds degrees from the University of Michigan and Boston University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring restaurants, and reading.
